Hi there. My name is Heath L. Barbier. I love to photograph and film people and places. In my mind, there is nothing better than traveling with friends and documenting the experience.
Photography has been the focus of my life for as long as I can remember. I was handed my first Nikon F2 by my grandfather and haven't put a camera down since.
My portfolio focuses on landscapes and adventure sports, though I've shot a wide range of photographic genres.
Some stuff I've done so far:
- Traveled to some awesome places
- Photographed said places
- Met some really cool people
- Made some films with my friends
Some things I have not done:
- Ridden a polar bear
- Eaten blow fish
- Circumnavigated the globe on a raft
- Been knighted (Rules were made to be broken)

What my clients have to say
"I cannot say enough good things about working with Heath. He is a consummate professional as well as a great photographer. If you're looking for someone easy-going, dedicated, and super-talented, he's your guy. I have worked with him multiple times and have yet to have a criticism on any detail of his process. From pre-planning to staging the shoot to editing and final delivery of the images, every step is easy and totally pleasant. No excuses, no missed deadlines, no disappointments... just amazing photos and excellent customer service. I've found a photographer with the perfect mix of passion and level-headedness - a rare treasure indeed."
"Heath is amazing. And he'll make you look (and feel) amazing. His demeanor and his direction put me right at ease and I really appreciated the amount of information he made available to me in advance of the photo shoot. To be honest, I wasn't really sure what to expect for the shoot itself, but it was an incredible experience - fun and totally comfortable. And the photos? They hit the perfect balance: the pictures are 100% recognizably ME, but the BEST me that I have ever seen. Every time I look at them, I immediately feel empowered, not to mention beautiful and sexy. Who doesn't want that?!"
